ROLL CRUSHER

The roll crusher is of simple structure, reliable operation and low cost. It is widely used in middle and small sized mines for intermediate and fine crashing of the brittle and soft ores of intermediate hardness like coal and coke. Grains of material fall down on two rolls through feed cone. They are brought into the clearance of the rolls because of friction and crushed. The finished products come out downside. When there is some material too hard to be crushed, rolls can roll back automatically using spring or hydraulic adjustment device in order to enlarge the clearance between the rolls and let the hard material get though. The machine can be protected in this way. The clearance between the rolls running in opposite direction can be changed to control the max diameter of product grains.
